Essexhypnotherapy.co.uk is a website written by us, Paul and Denise Douglass, of Avon Hypnotherapy, to help people of Essex find qualified professional hypnotherapy in the Essex area.
As pure hypnoanalysts (analytical hypnotherapists specialising in Pure Hypnoanalysis), we created Avon Hypnotherapy to help people, including those in Essex, to have access to an incredible form of hypnotherapy that really does change people's lives.
The therapy that we mainly use, Pure Hypnoanalysis, is a relatively short course of therapy, that can change your life in as little as six hours!
